What data we process
- Quote requests: company name and Business ID, contact person’s name and role, email, phone number, project details and attached files.
- Email enquiries: message content and sender’s contact details.
- Website use: data collected through cookies, such as page views, device and browser information, and approximate location. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.
Purpose and legal basis
- Handling quote requests and managing customer relationships. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and legitimate interest.
- Website development and visitor analytics. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings.
Retention
- Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to process them, up to 2 years, unless they lead to a customer relationship.
- Customer data is kept for the duration of the relationship and as required by accounting legislation.
- Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Recipients and transfers
We do not sell or disclose data to third parties for marketing. We use the following service providers:
- Planeetta Internet Oy (web hosting, Finland)
- Microsoft (email)
- Google (Google Analytics)
Microsoft and Google may transfer data outside the EU. Such transfers are based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights

- request rectification or erasure
- object to or restrict processing
- withdraw your consent.
